Join us on Monday, Jan. 19 from 1 – 2:15 p.m. for OALA’s Wellness at Work – Stress Management Skills: Part 3. The final session of the 3-part series builds on the 2 previous sessions and invites participants to transform conflict from a source of tension into an opportunity for clarity, connection, and growth. Using the Circle of Control exercise, we will identify what is truly within our influence and release the energy spent on what is not. Participants will learn to separate observable facts from the stories we attach to them, reducing reactivity and increasing emotional intelligence. Through awareness, attendees will leave empowered to engage in healthier, more conscious conversations.
A Zoom Meeting invitation will be sent directly to all OALA members. There is no requirement to register for virtual events.
