Join us on Monday, Oct. 27 at 1 p.m. for OALA’s second Wellness at Work – Stress Management Skills virtual session.
Personal boundaries are put in place to protect and promote mental and emotional wellbeing along with creating space to heal from experiences and relationships. Healthy boundaries foster relationships built on mutual respect, they help to prevent burnout and stress, they enhance self-care and improve self-esteem by clarifying an individual’s needs clearly. We will piggyback healthy boundaries with an introduction to energy management, rather than time management, and the importance of work and personal life balance.
A Zoom Meeting invitation will be sent directly to all OALA members. There is no requirement to register for virtual events.
