Join us on Wednesday, April 29 from 1 – 3 p.m. for OALA’s April Webinar: Complaints Against the Administrator. The OALA Estates Unit along with Nogala Law will be presenting on how to navigate complaints against an estate administrator/executor. Topics will include Indigenous Services Canada’s role and how heirs and beneficiaries can seek damages through the court system.
Time: 1:00 – 3:00pm EST
