Lunch and Learns are hosted monthly to allow for OALA and other Partner Organizations to provide information and updates as it relates to Land Management in Ontario First Nations.
Time: 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. EST
On Wednesday, Oct. 9 from 1 – 2 p.m. we’re happy to feature an OALA member Community Success Story with Mathieu Cayen, Lead GIS/Environmental Technician with Wahnapitae First Nation. The purpose of this Lunch and Learn is to provide information about how GIS and the products created from using different GIS technologies help to inform decision making. Mathieu will share examples of surveys and maps and explain the process of converting GPS information into maps.
A Zoom Meeting invitation will be sent directly to all OALA members. There is no need to register for Lunch and Learns.
