This training workshop will provide an overview of Succession Planning. Managing talent succession in a workplace is a vital strategic process that minimizes gaps in human resources (both managerial and functional), ensures the continuity of organizational knowledge, and enables employees to develop the capabilities for possible future roles.
This training is being held in partnership with the Southern First Nations Secretariat (SFNS). Travel sponsorship is available in the amount of $1,500.00 per OALA Member First Nation.
