This toolkit was developed jointly by the National Aboriginal Lands Association (NALMA) and Ontario Aboriginal Lands Association (OALA), for First Nation Land Management Professionals, including land managers, coordinators, officers, and other individuals involved or interested in the management and administration of First Nation reserve lands and other land interests.
This guide was designed to provide a user-friendly introduction to real estate appraisals (appraisals) and their application in First Nation activities on and off reserve lands.
